Opening Tips
How to shuck an oyster:
1. Wet and fold the oyster cloth to secure the oyster
2. Hold firmly and insert the knife into the bottom hinge at about a 15 degree angle
3. Gently lever the top shell till it pops
4. Move the knife under the top shell to release the top adductor muscle
5. Remove top shell and lightly rinse to remove debris if required
6. Run the knife under the oyster to release the bottom adductor muscle
7. Turn the oyster for presentation, chill and serve
