Located in the heart of the NSW Sapphire Coast, Southern Rock Oysters are a family owned and operated farm in the most pristine Sydney Rock Oyster estuaries of the southern NSW region; we offer a classic, yet unique Sydney Rock Oyster of the highest quality and pedigree.
Nathan Brown, son of South Coast oyster producers Tim & Janelle of Wild Rock Oysters along with his wife Lyndall are second generation farmers that utilise the best water of the famed south coast to produce a quality boutique oyster.
Our oysters are farmed between the famous Merimbula Lake, Pambula and the lesser-known Bermagui River & Tuross Lake systems giving as a unique product. Technically this oyster has a classic Sydney Rock profile that smacks of fresh sea water then has a super long finish on the palate with that much revered oyster characteristic.
We are able to direct harvest from 4 different harvest zones across 3 different estuaries giving us the ability of a year round supply of the highest quality product delivered direct to your door.
